This workout program will improve your fitness, strength, and endurance. Helping you build nice toned muscle that will sculpt every curve on your body and if you don’t have curves well, this program will give you curves in all the right places.

This program will challenge your muscle endurance, muscle strength, cardiovascular strength but most importantly will help you build a strong mindset.

One of the hardest parts about starting something is seeing it through and finishing it because our mind is the most significant battle when it comes to achieving results and pushing past comfort zones.

Trust is going to be needed for this workout program, your going to have to trust the program and not deviate from it in any way no matter how long it takes. You are going to have to believe me that I know what I’m doing when it comes to getting you the results you need.

Lastly, you are going to have to trust your body. I know this may sound funny but your body is really smart, but it does need direction and focus, your body will give you the results you desire but you need to stay focused and disciplined to follow through, and the results will come.



5-day week workout split with 3 phases 4 weeks for each phase for a total of 12 weeks each phase the workouts and exercises change keeping you from getting bored and your body plateauing.

Each phase builds on the next making sure your progress in all areas of your fitness.
