This program will challenge your muscle endurance, muscle strength, cardiovascular strength but most importantly will help you build a strong mindset.
One of the hardest parts about starting something is seeing it through and finishing it because our mind is the most significant battle when it comes to achieving results and pushing past comfort zones.
