Hey, GIRL!! I heard your cry and I’m here for you, I got you 😉
I GET IT!! we’ve all been there as women, those horrible IM FAT DAYS.
How did this happen? why can’t I feel good? why is this weight not coming off? will I ever love my body and feel good again?
TIP #1 SELF EVALUATE -ASK YOURSELF:
1. Have I been drinking enough water?
2. Have I been getting proper sleep?
3. Have I been exercising?
4. Am I eating enough or too much?
5. Have I been comparing to other women?
6. Have I been consistent with making healthy choices?
7. Have I spent time with God and in his word?
8. How have I been speaking to myself and about myself
9. Am I getting my period?
10. How are my clothes fitting
TIP #2 WHAT FROM THE ABOVE LIST CAN YOU IMPLEMENT TODAY?:
This is really important, as women we are so emotional when it comes to our body and how we look. If we’re not careful it can consume us and rob us of joy and take our eyes on what we do have.
So deciding 3 things from the above list that you can do right now: example
TIP # 3 IS THERE ANYTHING YOU NEED TO STOP DOING?
From the above list is there anything you need to stop doing?
example: comparing yourself to other women? Talking poorly about yourself?
TIP #4 MAKE A PLAN
The only way to see change is to make a change!! that starts with a plan from what you looked at above.
Now you know what things you can start immediately and what things you need to stop doing.
Now you have to make a plan WRITE IT DOWN!! when you have something written out it is way easier to follow through.
SCHEDULE IT in your day, and don’t tell me you don’t have time… I know you make time to go and get your nails done and time to run to Starbucks or watch your favourite series on Netflix ( I’m speaking from personal excuses lol)
We have time to make ourselves healthier and feel better, it may not be easy the first few times but once you do it they will make you feel so much lighter…no pun intended lol
TIP #5 EXERCISE
Ladies this will change everything! not only your body but most importantly your mindset. Exercise releases endorphins this is the happy feeling you get when you’re done. It improves your quality of life, it gives you energized even if you feel tired before starting you will feel energized when you are done. It makes you stronger, happier, healthier. Exercise is the best antidote for when you’re feeling down.
TIP #6 FIND AN ACCOUNTABILITY PARTNER
This is huge!! find a friend that you can confide in and you both can hold each other accountable. There’s nothing better than having people in your life that inspire you and motivate you, support is key when you want to make a change.
Fitness Ministry has an amazing community of women that inspire one another along there journey. You don’t have to be a mom to join either, its called the #MOMLIFE fit Club, but to be honest all women are welcome to join!!
TIP #7 JUST START!
Find a plan and program that works for you and the right support and JUST START!!
all you have to do is show up do your best and just know it won’t be perfect but as long as you show up and make small changes every day, you will feel way lighter!!
