MY WHY

Tell me, friend, how can I help you? I’ve determined
that I was put here on earth to inspire #momlife moms to love the skin their in, to fully be who they were created to be.

It might sound odd when this has been one of my biggest struggles and still is, i fight my mind everyday, i fight that voice that tells me i’m not ENOUGH, i’m not smart enough, i’m not pretty enough, my not skinny enough, i’m not doing enough, i don’t have enough and it can attack me like a wide spread epidemic if i let it.

Although my specialty is fitness & nutrition, I really have a heart to see women/moms grow in their relationship with themselves and love themselves again, this its the most rewarding thing to see as a transformation coach and as a mom myself.

I really do believe the the only way to have a true transformation is from the inside. The reason why most women get stuck on a yoyo roller coaster is because they are trying to fix on the outside what only God can fix in the heart.

Instead of going for cosmetic surgery we need to be going for heart surgery. I’m not putting down getting plastic surgery( don’t take this the wrong way) i’m only saying to get the results you want on the outside, you first need to work on the inside.

So i guess what i’m trying to say is, on paper i’m a certified personal trainer and nutrition coach, but my heart and mind are in the internal transformation business.

I make workout programs and meal plans for moms living that #momlife because i know how all-consuming it can be when you don’t know where to start or how much of anything to do. I get the busyness of motherhood, i get feeling exhausted and crunched for time, I GET IT, I UNDERSTAND, I HEAR YOU and I CARE!
I know it doesn’t take much to change your body it really is simple, and you don’t have to exercise for hours a day or eat lettuce only 😉

Its about quality over quantity, its about making the most out of your workouts in a short amount of time. Its about having a plan for meals so your not overwhelmed and stressed out about what to eat for dinner that you end up eating all the mac n cheese out of the pot 🙂 …lol true story

It’s about helping you achieve balance in your life whatever that balance looks like to you, its about getting to support you along your journey with my own struggles as a mom and how ive overcame certain obstacles.
Its about getting connected with other like minded moms and building a community of strong confident women that raise strong confident children.
