As we approach Halloween and we will be faced with a house full of candy from the kids trick-or-treating trip and the temptation will creep in. So we should still be able to enjoy a little something and this protein shake is a great solution. Here’s a treat that’s not a cheat!
There are two ways to make this protein shake! If you prefer something a little less dense. I suggest you add 1/2C of Pumpkin Puree. If you enjoy a nice creamy thick protein shake. I suggest you use 1 Cup of Pumpkin pure and enjoy pumpkin pie in a cup!!
1 Scoop Vanilla Protein Powder
1 Cup Water
1 Cup Pumpkin Puree or (1/2 cup Pumpkin pure) – Whatever you prefer
1 Tsp Pumpkin Pie Spice
1 Tsp Honey
Blend it all together and scare away your craving with this delicious shake.
