Give these plank hip drops a try, a strong core is a foundation for all movement and results in a tighter waist.
Who doesn’t want a tighter waist? Am I right ladies?

Planks are great exercises for strengthening the core and tightening the waist. That being said you still need a healthy diet to start seeing those abs. SEE THE NUTRITION SECTION FOR RECIPES AND TIPS

HOW TO DO THE EXERCISE

  • You will be on your toes and elbows, remember to pull that belly button into your spine.
  • Don’t let your butt drop to low and don’t let it go up to high either.
  • You will then drop your hips to one side at a time trying to tap it to the floor

30 sec – 60 sec x 3-5 rounds

depending your core strength will depend on seconds you get through and a number of rounds you do.

Just remember the more you do this the stronger you’ll get, so don’t worry if, in the beginning, you don’t get through all the rounds.
